1.       We the undersigned note the:

a)       travel chaos caused by the closure of Castle Street

b)      enlarged Cardiff carbon footprint in extra car miles caused by the closure

c)       negative effect on the local environment in surrounding areas

d)      complaints from the public and local businesses

2.       We welcome that the public now can cycle safely along Castle Street

3.       We call on Cardiff Council to:

a)    re-open Castle Street as soon as possible, installing a safe cycle lane to enable safe cycling.
