Illegal dumping and the lack of accessible bulk waste disposal options are ongoing concerns for many neighbourhoods. By providing community skips at designated times and locations, the Council can help residents dispose of large or unwanted items responsibly, reduce fly-tipping, support cleaner streets, and encourage community pride.

We urge the Council to:

• Provide community skips on a quarterly (or monthly) basis 
• Publicly advertise the dates, times, and locations of skip availability.
• Ensure skips are managed responsibly and monitored to prevent misuse.
